Tender for Baseline Survey for the EU and NL-funded projects

The Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (SCA) is a non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organization working to assist in the reconstruction of Afghanistan. SCA’s interventions inside Afghanistan began in 1982. Today SCA runs four major development programs within Disability, Education, Health, and Rural Development and is one of the largest NGOs in the country. SCA is inviting qualified service suppliers to make a firm offer for the provision of Baseline Survey for the EU and NL-funded project. It is strongly recommended that the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) be read thoroughly. Failure to observe the procedure laid out therein may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.
